A 1715 release from Samuel Sheafe to John Applebee of 13 messuages in Southwark, England (now part of London). The contract was executed to settle debts owed following the bankruptcy of Alexander Merreall of London. Also named in the contract are the member of the King's Majesty's Commission who oversaw the bankrupcy and the tenants of the messuages.
